The split bamboo poles are fractured into bamboo strands and dipped in heat sensitive low-VOC glue liquor, then pressed at a pressure over 2,500 tons in steel moulds. The strands blocks are sliced into various sizes and made into flooring with T+G processing system and with coatings.
